NOTIFICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff (Staff) is filing this notification to inform the Commission and the parties that, on January 16, 2018, Staff counsel mistakenly filed NRC Staff exhibits NRC-007I and NRC-007J as a public submission; however, the Staff intended to file these exhibits as a non-public submission. Upon identifying this error, the Staff contacted the Rulemaking and Adjudications Staff in the Office of the Secretary and the two exhibits were withheld from public disclosure in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
In order to ensure that these exhibits are processed properly, today the Staff is refiling NRC Staff exhibits NRC-007I and NRC-007J as a non-public submission.
