Dear Mr. Grier:
The damage sustained by safety related cable during pulling activities and originally reported to the NRC in our PLA-383 under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) remains under investigation.
Bechtel and PPGL are in the process of finalizing an agreeable plan to deal with the cable pulling deficiencies.
We will advise the Commission of other detailq when the plan is finalized.
We expect to provide these details by August, 1980.
