NORTHWEST MEDICAL ISOTOPES, LLC EVIDENTIARY HEARING In accordance with the Commissions notice dated November 21, 2017 and Scheduling Order dated January 9, 2018, Northwest Medical Isotopes, LLC (NWMI) hereby submits its list of exhibits for the evidentiary hearing for Docket No. 50-609-CP to be held on January 23, 2018 (Revision 1). As directed by the Scheduling Order, NWMI is re-filing its responses to the Commissions pre-hearing questions (Exhibits NWMI-001-R and NWMI-002-R), supporting exhibits (Exhibits NWMI-003-R through NWMI-007-R), and testimony (Exhibit NWMI-011-R).
NWMI did make one correction to Exhibit NWMI-001in the response to Question 8(e) and modified the dates. NWMI did not alter Exhibit NWMI-002 from the earlier version, except to add the required Business Sensitive and Proprietary header and modify the dates. NWMI did not alter Exhibit NWMI-003-R, except for an update to Michael R. Corums statement of qualifications.
NWMI did not alter Exhibits NWMI-004-R through NWMI-007-R, except to move the exhibit number to the upper right corner and modify the presentation title to match the Scheduling Note provided to NWMI on January 9, 2018. NWMI did make several corrections to Exhibit NWMI-011-R from the earlier version, including a correction to a referenced document number, the deletion of an incorrect meeting reference, and to change the dates.
