This revision includes changes niade as a result of a protective strategy assessment at Millstone Power Station* (MPS).
The plan became effective November 17, 2017. Enclosure 2 provides the evaluation that concluded the changes did not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
Enclosures 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information (SGI) as defined by 10 CFR 73.22.
Disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
