N F AN HH TB AND~ERMENT 1995 FACILITYCHANGE The following Facility Changes, which did not require prior NRC approval, were physically completed in 1995. A summary of the safety evaluations performed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.59 type criteria is included. It was determined that there were no unreviewed safety questions for these facility changes, 04-94-04 REMOVALOF WASTE TREATl4KNTBUILDINGULTRASONIC SINK This equipment was no longer used at the I.ACBWR facility and its removal had no effect on safety.
04-95-05 INSTALLATIONOF NEW DRY CLEANER Replaces existing equipment with more modern and environmentally acceptable equipment and has no effect on safety as it relates to a plant in SAFSTOR.
19-95-20 ADD SAFE. Y CAGE TO LADDER Installed for personnel safety. Does not affect the design of plant structures, systems or components related to the safe storage of the fuel.
25-94-06 INSTALLATIONOF COMPUTER COMMUNICATIONSLINE BETWEEN LACBWRPLANT AND ADMINISTRATIONBUILDING Installation of the line allowed LACBWRto interconnect with the Dairyland Power Cooperative computer network. Has no effect on any plant related structures, systems or components associated with SAFSTOR.
37-93-19 REMOVALOF CONTAINMENTBUILDINGMEZZANINELEVEL SAMPLE SINK Samples from Main Steam, Feedwater and Shutdown condensers are no longer required. Removal of the sample sink and associated piping has no efFect on design or function of any structures, systems or components associated with SAFSTOR.
68-95-06 WASTE DISPOSAL BUILDINGHOT WATER HEATER REMOVAL There was no justification for replacement of this water heater when it failed, and its removal has no effect on structure, system or components associated with SAFSTOR.
68-95-07 INSTALLISOLATION VALVEIN WELL WATER SUPPLY TO MULTIZONE AIR CONDITIONER.
This isolation valve was installed to facilitate maintenance on the condenser section of the Multizone Air Conditioner and has no effect on structures, systems or components associated with SAFSTOR.
81-94-04 INSTALLATIONOF NEW TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT Modernization of the phone system, providing enhanced reliability and function of the plant telephone system.
87-95-19 ADDITIONALSECURITY LIGHTINGAROUND PROTECTED AREA Increase light in identified areas for security. Minor load change with no effect on plant electrical system.
