In accordance with 10 CFR 50.36(a), the Harris Nuclear Plant (HNP) is implementing a change to the Bases section for Technical Specification (TS) 3.2.3. By letter dated February 8, 1996 (I-INP-96-014), HNP submitted a change to the Bases in preparation for the implementation ofa continuous calorimetric capability. Due to delays in the implementation ofthe continuous calorimetric process, HNP is withdrawing the change made on February 8, 1996. The Bases are returned to the previous wording.
The attached retyped Bases page B 3/4 2-5 is provided for your information.
