By letter dated January 19, 1995, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) submitted a Request for License Amendment to the NRC relative to the performance of Technical Specification (TS) surveillances.
Subsequently, on February 1, 1995, the NRC staff provided comments on CP&L's wording of the proposed change.
Based upon those comments and a telephone conference call on March 8, 1995 between CP&L and the NRC, we hereby submit revised wording for the proposed License Amendment.
This reflects an administrative change to the proposed wording previously submitted.
Therefore, CP&L's 10 CFR 50.92 Evaluation submitted on January 19, 1995 remains valid and unaffected.
