Reference 1) Westinghouse (Pallagi) Letter to NRC (Document Control Desk), HEM-17-6, dated November 2, 2017, "Request for NRC Review of Final Status Survey Final Report Volume 3, Chapter 7, Survey Area Release Record for Land Survey Area 10, Survey Unit 11, and Land Survey Area 11, Survey Unit 01, Revision 1" The purpose of this letter is to provide to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Errata Spreadsheets for Final Status Surv~y Final Report (FSSFR) Volume 3, Chapter 7, Survey Area Release Record for Land Survey Area 10, Survey Unit 11, and Land Survey Area 11, Survey Unit 01, Revision 1 (LSA 10-11 and LSA 11-01).
Via email on December 22, 2017, the NRC indicated that during the review of FSSFR Volume 3, Chapter 7, Revision 1, as submitted to the NRC (Reference 1 ), that it appeared that the spreadsheets for survey unit LSA 11-01 were not contained within the appropriate subfolder.
Rather a duplicate copy of the spreadsheets for LSA 10-11 resided in the subfolder. contains a CD with the errata spread sheet file for LSA 11-01 titled LSA 11-01 FSSDE Worksheets Uniform Rl.xlsx which replaces in its entirety the electronic spread sheet file for the designated subfolder for "Appendix B Analytical Data Evaluation Spreadsheets for LSA,11-01".
