The sponsoring witness for NRC-005, NRC-007, NRC-007A and NRC-009 was also changed from Anna Bradford to Jennifer Dixon-Herrity. The Staff informed Florida Power & Light Co. The response should say sustained winds of 175-185 mph documented during the three Category 5 storms in 2005 (emphasis added). Exhibit NRC-005 has been updated to reflect this correction.

Further, Staffs response to Prehearing Question number 55 states that the discussion of environmental impacts in the draft Record of Decision is referring to cumulative impacts. This statement was made in error. Exhibit NRC-005 has therefore been updated to read as follows:

The discussion of environmental impacts in the draft Record of Decision on page 5 is referring to the potential impacts from constructing and operating the proposed Turkey Point Units 6 and

7. These construction and operational impacts, in the vicinity of the Turkey Point site, include the impacts as a result of preconstruction and NRC licensed activities.
