Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 18 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGG) is submitting Revision 18 to the Three Mile Island Security Plan. Changes to this document were implemented on December 15, 2017. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2),

EGG is submitting these changes within 60 days of implementation (i.e., no later than February 13, 2018).

The Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan have been revised to:

1. Account for implementation of Cyber Security Milestone.a.

EGG has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.

Attachments 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information. Therefore, EGG requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions; requests for withholding," paragraph (d)(1), and 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(1 )(i).
