For clarity, individual plots for each sequence within a tested interval are presented. Generally, plots are not provided if the field data sheets indicate no flow during a test sequence. Bechtel Field Instruction forms are provided. AMEC field data sheets are provided following the graphs for each zone. The AMEC field data sheets use top of casing as a field measurement reference. Assigned test interval depths below ground surface were converted to depths below top of casing by adding the casing height to the assigned test interval depths. Transducer data file names are listed on the last field data sheet of each test interval. Transducer data files are furnished as electronic files in a data supplement submittal.
