GS-35F-131GA/NRC-HQ-40-17-T-0001/M0001 (2) Revise the price/cost schedule to reduce the number of passwords from 75 to 50 for Option Period 1, thereby decreasing the annual cost for Option Period 1 from $54,326.32 to $44,495.00 and decreasing the total contract value and contract ceiling from $107,070.32 to $97,239.00. (3) Obligate funds in the amount of $44,495.00 thereby increasing the total obligated amount from $52,744.00 to $97,239.00.
(4) Change the vendor from ASI Government, Inc, to Compusearch Virtual Acquisition Office, LLC (DUNS Number: 080590051), to reflect the Novation Agreement to recognize Compusearch Virtual Acquisition Office LLC as the successor in interest to GSA Contract GS-35F-131GA originally awarded to ASI Government, Inc, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 42.12 and 42.1204, effective May 17, 2017.
