Staff in the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) advises that there have been only two SGEs onboarded in 2017; both remain with the NRC. acrs.html. These employees were hired under the authority of Public Laws83-703 and 93-438. Their rate of pay is under the "El" pay plan, which is an executive pay scale. They are paid on an hourly basis at a rate equal to grade 15, step 10.
