We did not locate any agency records responsive to your request. We have been advised that the estimated fees to fulfill your request as described above exceeds the $25 threshold.
Specifically, the Office of the Secretary (SECY) staff has informed us that the duplication fees for copying the responsive records is estimated to be $68.60, after the first I 00 pages free have been applied.
