Saporito, Jr. and the National Litigation Consultants, pursuant to Section 2.206 of Title 10 of the Code ofFederal Regulations on February 26, as supplemented on February 27, 1998, March 6, March 15, March 17, March 29, and March 30, and April4, 1998.
The referenced documents are being forwarded to you for your information. These letters have been accepted by NRR as a Petition, pursuant to $2.206.
In the Petition, the Petitioners assert that NRC has failed to take effective enforcement action and that NRC's process for handling allegations at Florida Power 8 Light appears inadequate.
This memorandum may be mentioned in the NRR Director's Decision for the Petition, which is currently in draft form.
