1996, through December 31, 1996, for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4, as required by 10 CFR 26.71(d).

The Turkey Point Fitness for Duty Program uses a random testing rate of 50%.

Attachment A contains the program performance data.

Also attached is a list of events reported and summary of management actions taken.

MANAGEMENTACTIONS: United States Customs drug sniffing K-9's conducted a search of the administrative buildings and lockers, which met with negative results.
