Dear Hr. Gunter:
On August 3, 1994, you informed us of your objection to the Florida Power and Light (FPL) "Request for Exemption Special Use of Thermo-Lag Fire Barriers in Outdoor Fire Area" as it pertains to certain requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix R for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4.
Hy staff is currently reviewing FPL's exemption request and has not made a determination on the acceptability of the request.
We will consider your concerns during our review process and inform you of the results.
