AND 2 We have completed our review of the changes addressed in the annual update of the Florida Power and Light Company Topical guality Assurance Report (FP8LT(AR) dated June 9,

1994.

We have concluded from our review that the changes are administrative in nature and reflect organizational and title changes made throughout Florida Power and Light Company.

This review indicates that FPLTgAR 1-76A (Revision 38) continues to satisfy 10 CFR 50, Appendix B requirements and is therefore acceptable.
