Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) Report NP6560-L, Human Reliability Analysis Approach Using r m nt for Indivi uzi Pl,n Ex min i n IPE By letter L-91-184, dated June 25, 1991, Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) submitted the Final Report of the Results of the Turkey Point IPE for Severe Accident Vulnerabilities.
Subsequently, on November 21, 1991, during an NRC visit to Turkey Point; FPL agreed to submit the subject EPRI report to support the NRC's review of the Turkey Point IPE submittal.
In conformance with the above commitment, attached please find one copy of EPRI Report NP6560-L, Human Reliability Analysis Approach Using Measurements for Individual Plant Examinations.
Also please find attached, as Attachment 2, EPRI's accompanying Affidavit.
As Attachment 1 contains information proprietary to EPRI, it is supported by an Affidavitsigned by EPRI, the owner of the information. The Affidavitsets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of 10 Code of Federal Regulations.
Accordingly, we request that the information proprietary to EPRI be withheld from public disclosure.
