The purpose of this letter is to forward the enclosed Safety Evaluation describing the results of the staff's confirmatory audit of the load sequencer implementation at the Turkey Point.

Plant, Units 3 and 4.

As part of the review of the emergency power system (EPS)

upgrade, the staff reviewed the load sequencer hardware and software design.

The Safety Evaluation was issued on December 28, 1990 as part of the license amendments related to EPS upgrade project.

Section 3.2 of the Safety Evaluation included a listing of nine confirmatory items.
