You are requested to provide your findings to us within 45 days of receipt of this letter.
If this information is substantiated, your response should include any proposed corrective actions you believe are appro-priate.
In addition, your review should be conducted by a group sufficiently independent from the activities in question.
Appropriate safeguards should be applied to the ehclosed information in view of its unsubstantiated nature.
The enclosure to this letter is being withheld from public dissemination in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790.
If your response contains any privacy or privileged information that you believe should be withheld from public disclosure, please provide that informa-tion in an appropriately marked enclosure to your response letter.
