Paduano of Florida Power and Light and Mr. K. Landis of my staff on November 29,

1991, concerning a meeting to be held at the NRC office in Atlanta on January 9,

1992, at 1:30 p.m..

The purpose of this meeting is for FPL to make a presentation on engineering initiatives.

A proposed agenda is enclosed.
