50-250 and 50-251 Reactor Protection S stem Set pints The NRC requires that Proposed License Amendments (PLAs) be accompanied by a markup of the current revision of the affected pages of the license.
By letter L-90-417 dated December 19,
$ 990, Florida Power and Light (FPL) submitted a request to amend the Turkey Point Technical Specifications (TS).
The PLA was accompanied by a markup of the TS revision current at that time (through amendment 137/132),
showing the proposed changes.
Subsequently, the NRC issued amendments 138/133 on December 28,
- 1990, 139/134 on April 12,
- 1991, 140/135 on April 23I 1991'41/136 on April 30,
- 1991, and 142/137 on May 20, 1991.
Keeping with the requirement to provide a markup of the current revision of the license, please find attached a markup of the affected pages of the current revision (through amendment 142/137) of FPL's Turkey Point TS and an explanation of the differences between the markup submitted December 19,
- 1990, and the attached markup.
This markup is being submitted to reflect the latest approved TS.
