SUBJECT:
TURKEY POINT EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-250/OL-90-03 During the week of October 29, 1990, the NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your Turkey Point Nuclear Plant.
Additionally, retake examinations were given to those currently licensed personnel who had earlier failed a portion of. their NRC administered re'qualification examination.
At the conclusion of the site visit, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure.

Copies of the written examination questions and'nswer key are included in this report as Enclosure 2.
There were no facility comments regarding the written examination.
Enclosure 3 summarizes simulator performance deficiencies observed during the conduct of the simulator portion of the operating examinations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
,this letter'rid the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
