Herbert N. Berkow, Directov Project Directorate II-2 Division of Reactor Projects - I/II Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation NEW INFORIIATION POTENTIALLY RELEVANT AND MATERIAL TO BOARD PROCEEDING IN THE MATTER OF TURKEY POINT NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 3 AND 4

,In conformance with the Commission's policy on notification of Licensing Boards, Appeal Boards or Commission of new, relevant, and material information, this memorandum calls attention to the document discussed below.

On August 28, 199G, the staff issued Amendment Nos.

137 and 132 for Turkey Point, Units 3 and 4, respectively.

These amendments replaced the entire current custom Technical Specifications (TS) with a set of revised Technical Specifications which are based on the Standard Technical Specifications for Westinghouse-designed plants.

Through an administrative error, the wrong pages were included in Amendment Nos.

137 and 132 for pages 3/4 3-26 and 3/4 3-27.

On September 14, 1990, the staff issued a letter to the licensee which provided the corrected pages (enclosed).

The letter is being brought to the attention of the Board as information which may be relevant and material to issues pending before the Board.
