TWO DIFFERENT NRC REPORTS ISSUED WITH THE SAME REPORT NUMBER AS A RESULT OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR It has come to our attention that the results of two separate and independent NRC inspections conducted at your Turkey Point facility were given the same inspection report number.
The results of the NRC inspection performed on July 10-13,
- 1989, by P.
Holmes-Ray and A. Ruff were documented in report 89-39, which was issued on September 8, 1989.
As a result of an administrative error, this inspection report was given the same report number as the inspection which was conducted on August 8-11, 1989, in the area of Licensed Operator Training.
In an effort to correct this discrepancy, we have changed our records and have assigned Inspection Report No.
89-38 to the NRC inspection conducted on July 10-13, 1989.
