OF MEETING WITH FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY (FPL)
ON AUGUST 2151989 REGARDING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CONVERSION
Reference:
TAC Numbers 63038 and 63039 A meeting was held in Rockville, Maryland on August 21, 1989 to discuss FPL's Technical Specifications (TS) Revision Project.
A number of detailed staff concerns were presented to the licensee and discussed.
The resolution of these concerns was as follows:
1.
Fourteen concerns appear to be resolved through clarifications by the licensee but require final review by the staff 2.
Five typographical errors 3.
Eighteen concerns of the same general nature which the staff is reviewing further Ten concerns which fit into three general categories for which the licensee agreed to put additional information in the FSAR y

Five items still under NRC review The NRC is continuing its audit/review of the "final draft" TS with the objective of determining a technical position on the few remaining concerns.
The licensee will submit FSAR changes.to add information on certain concerns.
An attendance list for the meeting is enclosed.
