1987 Terry:
A few months ago I called you to let you know that in the Turkey Point, Units 3 5 4 Authority Files there were TS pages missing from Amendments 84 5 78 which was issued in 1982.
I sent you a copy of the amendment in order that the missing pages be inserted.
- However, as of today they have not been inserted into the authority files.
Here is another copy of Amendment 84 8
78 and a list of the missing TS pages.
Could you please ensure that these pages get inserted?
