INDIVIDUALNOTICE FOR PROPOSED AMENDMENTS'ELATED TO THE TURKEY POINT PLANT ENRICHED FISSIONABLE MATERIAL LIMITS AND SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR'FISSION DETECTORS The proposed Technical Specification changes are 'necessary to allow instaliation of additional ~excore) fission detectors in accordance with the guidance provided in R.G.
1.97.
The Individual Notice is required so that the detectors can be installed during the upcoming refueling outage for Unit 3 which is currently scheduled for March 30, 1985.
This schedule does not allow time for the normal monthly notice.
