IN RESPONSE REFER TO FOIA-83-615 This is a final response to your letter dated October 20, 1983 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, that copies of documents be made available at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) Public Document Room (PDR) concerning the incident at Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 described in Enclosure B, page 2, of the Weekly Information Report for the Week.-Ending October 7, 1983.
