Pro'ect By letter L-90-68A, dated September 13, 1)90, Florida Power and Light (FPL) submitted a request to amend 'the Turkey Point Technical Specifications by eliminating the Resistance Temperature Detector Bypass.

By letter L-90-403, dated November 15, 1990, FPL submitted WCAP-12632, Revision 1, accompanied by Westinghouse authorization letter CAW-90-085. Attached please find a revised copy of this authorization letter.
