NOTICE OF DEVIATION Florida Power and Light Company Turkey Point Docket Nos.
50-250, 50-251 License Nos.
DPR-31, DPR-41 The following deviation was identified during a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection"conducted on June 2-6, 1986.
FPSL Letter No. L-83-299, dated May 12, 1983, which responded to NRC inspection Report 50-250/83-07 states in part:
"FPL will request a relief from the Code requirement.
FPL does not plan to reexamine these welds pending followup action to be taken on this item since we are still in the first inspection interval.
Implementation will be achieved prior to the termination of this Inspection Interval."
(Before April 15, 1984)
Contrary to the above, the relief request has not been submitted.
Please provide in writing within 30 days of the date of this Notice a description of corrective actions regarding this deviation, actions taken to avoid further t
deviations, and the dates when these actions were or will be completed.
