Tech Branch Gray File By letter dated April 10, 1986, you indicated that you are on the Turkey Point Plant service list and received a copy of our March 20, 1986, letter which transmitted draft reports on Probabilistic Risk Assessments (PRAs) to Florida Power and Light Company.

You further stated that you did not receive a copy of the draft PRA reports.

As you will note on your copy of the letter, all parties on the service list received a copy of the letter without the enclosures.

The staff provided copies only to all of the licensees due to the limited number of the draft PRAs available at the time.

As you are aware, all correspondence or documents to and from the 'regulated utilities with the exception of classified, proprietary or sensitive safeguards information, are placed in the local public document rooms to be available to all interested persons.

Copies of the draft PRA reports have been placed in the Miami area Local Public Document Room at the Environmental and Urban Affairs Library, Florida International University, Miami, Florida 33199.

Should you or any member of the public residing in the Miami area desire a'opy of the draft reports which provide technical insights gained from PRAs, the reports can be obtained from the local public document room idehtified above.
