SUMMARY
OF EXIT INTERVIEW FOLLOWING THE AUDIT OF PRESSURIZED THERMAL SHOCK (PTS)
IN-PLANT TRAINING PROGRAMS AND OPERATING PROCEDURES ON JULY 13~15, 1982 Back round On April 26, 1982 a letter was sent to PPL notifying them that we would conduct an audit of the procedures and training with regard to PTS at the Turkey Point facilities.
The Robinson 2 audit report was enclosed for guidance.
In addition the agenda (attachment 1)IH@s sent to FPL.
FPL sent dertain applicable proce-dures to Pacific Northwest, Laboratory (PNL) (the. contractor) for review prior to the audit.
The attendance at the extt interview is given in attachment 2.
Meetin Summar Les Defferding (PNL) summarized the results of the audit.
He indicated that the procedures received for advanced study were evidence that FPL was well prepared.
The audit substantiated this belief.
No Negative findings resulted from the auQit.
Some minor details were cleared up at the exit interview.
The PNL audit group will issue a report early in August with details of the audit.
