This refers to the Board's Order of July 28,.1981, directing Florida Power
& Light Company (FPL) and the NRC Staff to provide full information about.
a void found in the area adjoining and beneath the Turkey Point Unit No.
3 equipment hatch, including answers to certain questions posed in the Order.
Enclosed is the affidavit of Frederick G. Plugger, dated August 5, 1981, which demonstrates that there was no breach of the structural integrity of the containment pressure boundary at Unit 3 and otherwise responds fully to the Board's Order on behalf of FPL.
