INTERVENOR MARK ONCAVAGE'S REQUEST TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTS'ROM LICENSEF,; FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY Intervenor, by his undersigned attorney, in accordance with the applicable rules of 10 CFR 2.740 and 2.741, requests the Licensee to produce within thirty (30) days, at the oifice of the attorney for the Intervenor:

All course documents including instructions and demonstration in radiation protection, principles', theory and practice, emergency planning.

The comprehensive examination referred to in the Affidavit of John L. Minns on Contention 2.
3.
The scale models that will be used to familiarize supervisory and key craft personnel with the repair effort.
4.
The Intervenor has a.substantial need for the documents and cannot obtain them elsewhere without undue hardship.,
This Request for Production relates to the Staff'otion for Summary Disposition of Con- '.
tention 2 and 6 and the Licensee's Motion supporting the Staff's Motion for Summary Disposition of Contention 2 and 6.
