Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter will serve as Mark P.
Oncavage's request for a twenty day extention within which to comment on the draft EIS.
There was an administrative mix-up concerning the delivery of the EIS to the people involved in the administrative proceeding.
Mark Oncavage did not receive his copy of the EIS until January
- 13th, 1981.
The EIS was forwarded to him by third class mail, The EIS was published on December
- 19th, 1980, and the intervenor has information that the licensee (FPL) had it's copy on December
- 19th, 1980.
The intervenor was denied access to the EIS for twenty-five (25) days where as the NRC staff 'and the licensee have had the EIS for this time period.
+000 I received my copy on January
- 6th, 1981, without realizing that copies had not been sent to anyone else involved in the proceedings.
