Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Proposed Amendment to Facility 0 eratin Licenses DPR-31 and DPR-41 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30, Florida Power 8 Light Company submits herewith three (3) signed originals and forty (40) copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-31 and DPR-41.
The proposed amendment is described.
below and shown on the accompanying Technical Specification pages bearing the date of this letter in the lower right hand corner.

As part of the Operational Environmental Radiological Surveillance
- Program, the State of Florida collects precipitation samples from four locations on and around the Turkey Point site.
We have been advised by the State that, due to a high potential for oil contamiriation, one of the sample locations has been moved from onsite location T79 to onsite location T72.
The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the Turkey Point Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and the Florida Power
& Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
They have concluded that it is basically administrative in nature and does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
We have determined that this request involves a Class I and Class II amendment since it is administrative in nature and a duplicate amendment.
Accordingly, a
check for $ 1,600 is enclosed.
