Dear Mr. Denton:
I have attached to this letter Florida Power and Light Company's Comments on "Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Turkey Point Unit 3 Should Not Be Shut Down by July 31, 1980, to Perform a Steam Generator Inspection and Repair."
As these comments demonstrate, this petition does not raise substantial health or safety issues which would warrant the issuance of the requested show cause order.
Consequently, the petition should be denied.
