50-250 AND 50-251 FLORIDA POKIER AND LiGHT COMPANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENTS.TO FACILITY OPRA INGLCNE The U.

S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment Nos.

45 and 37 to Facility Operating License Nos'.

DPR-31 and DPR-41, respectively, issued to Florida Power and Light Company which amended the licenses for operation of the Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos.

3 and 4, located in Dade County, Florida.

The amendments are effective as of the date of issuance.

The amendments add license conditions relating to the completion of facility modifications and the implementation of administrative controls resulting from our review of the Turkey Point fire protection program.

The application for the amendments complies with the standards C

and-requirements of-the Atomic Energy Act of 'l954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations.

The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act hand the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendments.

Prior public notice of these amendments was not required since the amendments do not involve' significant hazards consideration.

amendments will not result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant to 10 CFR 551.5(d)(4) an environmental impact statement or negative declaration and environmental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of these amendments.

1978, supplemented on June 5 and 23, July 14, August 28 and November 7, 1978; (2)

Amendment Nos. 45 and 37 to License Nos.
