This letter confirms our plans to conduct a meeting with American Electric Power and D. C. Cook Plant management to discuss your progress toward resolving those issues necessary for plant startup.
The meeting, is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. (EDT) on October 22, 1998, and and willbe held at the Training Building onsite at the D. C. Cook facility. The meeting willbe open to public observation.
