IMPLEMENTATION OF EXPANDED INSTRUMENT UNCERTAINTY PROGRAM As discussed during our June 4,
- 1998, restart meeting at the Region III office, we will be revising our implementation date for our expanded instrument uncertainty program.
This program was described in attachment 3
to letter AEP:NRC:1260G3, dated December 2,
1997.
The final calculations and procedure revisions will not be complete by the end of 1998 due to scope changes created by internal review of our technical specification surveillance program and other work associated with restart of the units.
The expanded instrument uncertainty program will continue to be integrated with the normal operating procedure rewrite and with the emergency operating procedure review.
The expanded instrument uncertainty program will be fully implemented by December 31, 1999.
