1997 ANNUAL OPERATZNG REPORT Paragraph 6.9.1.5 of the Cook Nuclear Plant technical specifications requires that an annual report be submitted to address personnel exposure,-
steam generator in-service inspection
- results, challenges to power-operated relief and safety valves, and
~information regarding Z-131 reactor coolant activity.
Zn'addition, 10 CFR 50.59(b)(2) requires submittal of an annual report describing
- changes, tests, and experiments made in the preceding year.
Consistent with these requirements, a
copy of the 1997 annual operating report is contained in attachment 1 to this letter.
Attachment 2
contains the steam generator inspection indication listing for units 1 and 2.
