Dear Mr. Denton:

Pursuant to the request of your staff, a drawing of our trip and throttle valve which serves our turbine driven auxiliary feedwater pumps is attaohed.

The trip and throttle valve is manufactured by Sohutte and Koerting (drawing number 71-XC-21).

He have also attached a photograph of the area of the valve where the set screws are located.

This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures whioh incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its aocuraoy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
