SENIOR MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION CHANGES IN THE NUCLEAR GENERATION GROUP The purpose of this letter is to inform you of recent senior management organization changes within the nuclear generation group of Indiana Michigan Power.
The following changes were effective January 15, 1998.
Mr. John R. Sampson was elected vice president of Indiana Michigan Power Company and will assume the role of site vice president at Cook Nuclear Plant.
He will also continue to serve as plant manager.
Mr. A. Alan Blind, currently site vice president, will become vice president nuclear engineering.
Mr. James A. Kobyra, currently chief nuclear engineer, will assume the new position 'of steam generator replacement project manager.
Mr. Douglas E. Cooper has joined the staff at Cook Nuclear Plant and will assume the duties of plant manager following an interim period of orientation and familiarization.
