LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST FOR THE RELOCATION OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION ADMINISTRATIVECONTROLS RELATED TO QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION In our AEP:NRC:80027 letter dated June 11,
- 1996, we proposed to remove from the technical specifications (T/S) administrative controls related to quality assurance requirements in accordance with the guidance of administrative letter 95-06.
Your staff requested additional information concerning how we intend to relocate the requirements.
The administrative controls related to quality assurance requirements are being relocated from the T/S to appendix C of the quality assurance program description (QAPD).
A copy of the proposed appendix C of the QAPD is attached as requested.
The administrative controls have been relocated from the T/S intact except for the title/organization and editorial updates which are indicated by highlighting.
After your approval of the removal of these administrative controls from the T/S, the QAPD will be submitted for approval in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71(e)
We request a
120 day implementation date from the date of issuance.
