report presents
the results of that
inspection.
During the 6-week period covered
by this inspection report, your conduct of
activities at the
D.
C.
Cook facilities was generally characterized
by
conservative
decision making,
and good engineering,
maintenance,
and
operations
performance.
A negative trend of work control errors
was
identified by your staff in a timely manner.
There
was
a good root cause
analysis with prompt implementation of short term corrective actions.
We
encourage
you to continue these efforts with good long term corrective
actions'n
