SUBJECT:
QUESTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH AEP'S NUHARC EMERGENCY ACTION LEVELS SUBMITTAL A meeting was held at NRC Headquarters on August 6, 1996, to discuss NRC staff questions related to the licensee's Hay 31, 1996, submittal of revised emergency action levels (EALs) for its emergency plan.
Heeting attendees are listed in the attachment.
The questions were, initially discussed during a
July 23,
- 1996, conference call between NRC staff,and the licensee.
During the meeting the licensee responsed to the questions and the NRC clarified its concerns with certain EALs.,
As a result of these discussions the licensee will prepare a revised EAL package and submit it to the NRC for its review.
