Dear Mr. Fitzpatrick:
Your submittal of April 24, 1996 (AEP:NRC:0969AN), provided a set of American Electric Power Service Corporation (AEPSC) oversized drawings that your letter stated were marked as proprietary to AEPSC but were being released to the NRC for its information and use in connection with the review of your submittal.
However, it was unclear whether the drawings were also being released by AEPSC for distribution to the NRC Public Document Room.
In your followup letter of June 28, 1996 (AEP:NRC:0969AV), you clarified the status of these drawings by stating that AEPSC considers them to be nonproprietary.
Therefore, the subject documents (oversized drawings contained in Attachment 2
of your April 24, 1996, submittal) will be placed in the Public Document Room.
