IMPLEMENTATION OF CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT In accordance with Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant units 1

technical specification (T/S) 6.9.1.9.4, we are submitting updates, to the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Unit 1 Cycle 15 and Unit 2 Cycle 10.
The updates to the COLRs reflect changes to T/S 3.2.6, granted in unit' amendment 206 and unit 2 amendment
- 190, which allow Fp to be placed in the COLR.
The updated pages to unit 1
and unit 2
COLRs are contained in attachments 1
and 2,
respectively, and should be used to replace the existing pages in your COLR documents.
